Lost in her preferred world of pretend, where new lands are born, ordinary people become heroes, and the dead live on, Nea lives under a mountain of used pens — mainly chewed at the top — and crumbled up paper, she calls the insulation.
Half Swedish and living in Co. Down with her French cybersecurity specialist husband — also a bit of a whiz dans la cuisine — and their seventeen-year-old daughter, Raine — an art/media student and published songwriter/artist — Nea comes from a family of creators.
Nea is an artist in art, music, and literature. She is a published writer and songwriter and has created stories/comic strips for a national newspaper. Her songs grace the airwaves and networks as both a solo artist and a co-writer, working with accomplished writers and musicians.
Among a maze of stories, one remained constant. The Sirius Secret has been years in the making. Since childhood, she has carried a story she sketched and talked about endlessly — writing, drawing, and building soundtracks to its world. She continued it through the long nights alone in hotels while touring, and while waiting to begin recording sessions.
The Sirius Secret – No More Day Left is the first in a series of books, opening an epic saga in which readers walk beside the characters and become part of the story itself.
